Lists of additional payments received for credit system land purchases contain entries which include original purchase date; purchaser name and residence; total amount received; interest paid and discount allowed; receipt date and number; tract legal description; class number assigned to tract; and percentage of total paid. Also included are public auction records for one tract sold March 18, 1830, which shows highest bidder name and residence; Receiver's receipt date and number; tract legal description; number of acres; total amount due including interest and sale costs; interest accrued; total number of bids by the purchaser; and total bid by the purchaser.
